Visited 5/2/17. I put $20 in to wash my 4 dogs and all I got was hot water. None of the soaps ,conditions etc came out just very warm water. I had to walk next door to nice and easy to buy dawn dish soap ( that's all they sold that's safe for animals ) to shampoo my fur babies. It's very convenient to be able to wash my pets there but for $20 and all I got was warm water was very disappointing . Its a choir to get 4 dogs packed in the truck drive 20 min get them all into the room just to find out nothing works properly . There is no contact number posted to call or email when there is a problem . Try the back doggie wash maybe that one is functioning properly .
Very very disappointed the last 3 times I have gone there the place is covered in dog hair floors and tub. Gobs and gons of hair. When we first started going there it was really nice now it seems it is not taken care of at all. This time I had to spend 12 dollars before we even started washing the dog just to clean out all the hair. So upset. I have been blowing up fb with telling people to use this place and now I feel horrible cause it has become a waste of money and also the dog is not fully clean because the tubs are disgusting.
